Vikram to resume shooting with Cobra team

A source close to the actor told DT Next, “Vikram sir will shoot for Cobra for a few days in Chennai and then take off for Russia to finish off the rest of the film.” With that the actor will call it a wraps for Cobra in which he is said to sport over 15 looks. The source added that the actor will immediately resume shooting for Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan. “The shoot will resume in the first week of January in Hyderabad and will go on a single stretch,” the source added. Apart from Cobra and Ponniyin Selvan the actor will also shoot for Karthik Subbaraj’s upcoming film that will also feature his son Dhruv playing another lead. 

The National Award-winning actor recently became a grandfather as his daughter Akshita gave birth to a girl child at a city hospital.
