Suriya likely to join hands with director Ravikumar
A few days ago there were reports that National-award winning director Vetri Maaran has narrated a script to Suriya, and the two might collaborate for a film in 2020. Now, we hear from reliable sources that the NGK star has decided to do a film with young filmmaker Ravikumar of Indru Nettru Naalai fame even before working on Vetri’s film.

A source close to the team says, “Since Ravikumar’s project with Sivakarthikeyan will take some time for release, the director has agreed to do a film with Dream Warrior Pictures early next year. The production house has apparently pitched the script to Suriya and is in the process of finalising the project. Other details regarding the cast and crew are yet to be finalised.”
Meanwhile, Suriya has completed shooting for Sudha Kongara’s much-awaited film Soorarai Pottru and has started working on the pre-production of his next with director Hari.
