Actress denies playing heroine in entrepreneur’s debut

The actress, who is a popular choice for brand endorsements was most remembered for a flashy TVC where she and Tamannaah Bhatia shook a leg with the owner of a leading retail brand in Tamil Nadu a year ago. The commercial had its share of bouquets and brickbats, but on the whole, it was a popular campaign. Now the latest tinseltown buzz is that this entrepreneur is planning his debut in Kollywood and has been looking for a suitable leading heroine. Nayanthara was his first choice but apparently the actress turned it down. After that, there were several media reports that Hansika had agreed to play the female lead in the businessman’s debut film. However, clearing the air once and for all, the actress took to social media and posted the newspaper clip with a caption that read ‘Not true’. And we’re quite sure this is a decision that Hansika won’t regret.
