Arjun roped in for Jayam Ravi’s Jana Gana Mana

While there were rumours that the actor will be seen playing the villain in Arvind Swami’s upcoming film with Nirmal Kumar, we hear from reliable sources that he has signed Jayam Ravi’s Jana Gana Mana, helmed by director Ahmed.

A source says, “Arjun will play a pivotal role in the film. However, it is too early to reveal whether it is a grey shade one. Major portions of him will be shot in Delhi and Turkey. An official announcement will be made soon regarding the same.” Jana Gana Mana is touted to be the remake of hit Bollywood flick, Baby, which featured Akshay Kumar and Rana Daggubati in the lead. The film also has Taapsee Pannu playing Ravi’s romantic interest. It was also revealed that Ramachandra Raju of KGF fame has also been roped in to play the antoganist in the film.
