Nadiya to don the role of a social worker
Veteran actress Nadiya Moidu, who was last seen playing the lead in a Malayalam film titled Neerali, has already begun shooting for her next. We hear that the actress will be playing the role of a social worker in a film titled Oru Rathri Oru Pakal, which has Award winner Joju George, Lena, Renji Panicker and Shanthy Krishna in pivotal roles.

Directed by Thomas Benjamin, OROP is touted to be a social drama. The film will revolve around the life in an old-age home owned by Nadiya, whose character is based in Canada. Major portions of the film will be shot in Dubai and Canada. Makers have planned the Canada schedule in the first week of September.
An official announcement will be made regarding the release date soon. Meanwhile, Nadiya Moidu has also completed shooting for a Malayalam short film, without taking any remuneration. She is also in talks for a Tamil project, which will be announced soon.
