Sowkar Janaki is all set to make a comeback
Karthi’s upcoming film with critically-acclaimed filmmaker Jeethu Joseph is progressing at a brisk pace and for the very first time, the actor will share screen space with his brother Suriya’s wife Jyotika.

The latest update is that, legendary actress Sowkar Janaki, who was last seen in a Telugu film titled Babu Bangaram, is all set to make a comeback in Tamil with this film.
A source in the know of things says that Sowkar Janaki will be seen playing Karthi’s mother in the film and she has already joined the sets. “Jyothika and Karthi will be siblings in the movie and it will be an emotional family drama,” the source adds.
The film also has actor Sathyaraj and noted Malayalam star Ansen in significant roles. Meanwhile, Karthi is also waiting for the release of his film titled Kaidhi, which is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of Maanagaram fame.
