Mohanlal’s Lucifer sequel titled Empuraan
Prithviraj’s directorial venture Lucifer, which went on to become a huge hit at the box office, is all set to have a sequel. Mohanlal, who played the lead in the film, announced recently that the sequel of Lucifer has been titled Empuraan.

The film will showcase the story of Abraam Qureshi (Mohanlal) and his mysterious past. Fans of Mohanlal went on a rage on social media and made the hashtag of Empuraan a national trend, saying that this upcoming movie will emerge as the first Mollywood film to cross the Rs 300 crore club. Lucifer had collected more than Rs 200 crore worldwide and emerged as the biggest Mollywood blockbuster of all times.
