Is Vikram’s next with Ajay Gnanamuthu?

A reliable source told DTNext, “There have been various scripts that have been discussed by Vikram that were supposed to be directed by Ajay.” Divulging more, the source said, “Both Vikram and Ajay Gnanamuthu have signed a film for Lalith of Seven Screen Studio, who released 96. Since then they have been discussing several stories which couldn’t convince Vikram. Ajay has narrated yet another story which had the potential and Vikram has asked the director to develop on the story. If things fall in place, an official announcement will be made in June.” The source also clarified that the film isn’t a remake of Don’t Breathe. As Mahavir Karna has been postponed, Chiyaan is expected to sign another project before he joins the sets of Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan later this year.
