Maveric Systems aims to upskill 1,000 tech professionals via ‘Think NXT’

COIMBATORE: Maveric Systems plans to onboard and mentor 1,000 technology professionals to become specialists in banking technology through its unique career accelerator program -Think NXT.

Maveric’s Think NXT program is designed especially for technology professionals with 4-6 years of experience and knowledge in .Net, Java, Python, Angular, and Node. By providing direct work exposure with global and regional banking leaders and access to new-age technology stacks and platforms from day 1, this helps tech professionals get a head start in accelerating their domain specialization along with technology depth.

Having attracted over 500 techies to the program, Rajiv Srinivas, SVP, Talent Strategy at Maveric Systems, said, “We understand what ‘digital-natives’ seek and often do not receive from the large tech giants.”
