FICCI, OYO to conduct online hospitality class

New Delhi

The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and OYO, one of the world’s leading chain of hotels and homes, have come together to develop and design an online training and certification course for the hospitality industry. The course will focus on redesigning the sanitisation protocols and minimising person-to-person contact inside a hotel in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) announced by the Ministry Of Tourism.
