City healthcare BPO firm bags CII award

Access Healthcare has developed two innovative solutions. arc.in, a comprehensive business process management suite that includes 16 modules covering workflow management, people management, and knowledge management. Echo, a proprietary robotic process automation platform (RPA) suite that encompasses 15 to 20 in-built point solutions for healthcare revenue cycle and over 1,000 bots that are functional today. These solutions are aimed at creating a more connected ecosystem to drive seamless, secure information flows enabled by intelligent automation technologies to accelerate better business outcomes. The Top 25 Innovative Company Award was presented to Prabhakar Munuswamy, VP, Application Development and Satheesh Seetharaman , AVP, Innovation for Access Healthcare.
