China's central bank on Monday lifted its official yuan midpoint for the seventh straight day to 6.3267 per dollar, the strongest level since November 2015, supported by solid performance in the spot market and broad dollar weakness in global markets.

Monday's midpoint was 169 pips, or 0.27 percent, firmer than last Friday's fix of 6.3436 and was the strongest since Nov. 2, 2015.

The dollar wobbled near three-year lows against a basket of major currencies, struggling to pull ahead from six straight weeks of losses amid its evaporating yield advantage and doubts about Washington's commitment to a strong currency.
