34 nations participate in TN travel expo
The event witnessed the participation of 160 sellers (exhibitors) from TN and over 700 domestic buyers (across the country) besides international buyers from 34 countries.

Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), in association with the Tamil Nadu Travel Mart Society supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and Department of Tourism, Government of TN, recently organised the first edition of CII TN Travel Mart Exhibition, a first of its kind initiative to promote the State’s tourism potential from Oct 13-15 in the city.Â
Apurva Varma, Principal Secretary to Government, Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments Department, Government of TN, highlighted various initiatives taken by the state in promoting tourism.
