Genesys to strengthen local presence
Genesys, a global player in omnichannel customer experience and contact centre solutions, is expanding its decade-long presence in India with operations headquartered from Chennai.

With over 150 customers in India, the company has grown nearly 30 percent over the past four years. It now plans to grow its business across verticals in the country.
“Channels such as chat, SMS, email, inbound, outbound, callback voice can be tightly integrated with mobile and web apps for seamless transitions from self to assisted service. Chat and mobile channels are going through a period of rapid growth,” says Paul Segre, CEO, Genesys.
