Stalin to be discharged Monday, rest for one more week

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin, being treated for Covid-19 has recovered well and he would be discharged on July 18, a hospital treating him said on Sunday.

CHENNAI: Chief Minister M K Stalin who was treated for Covid has recovered now and would be discharged on Monday, a press release from the Kauvery Hospital stated.

However, the CM has been advised complete rest at home for one more week and will be discharged on July 18.

Stalin had tested positive for Covid on July 12 and admitted to Kauvery Hospital on Thursday for further observation and medical investigations.

After intense monitored for five days, he will be completing the isolation period on Monday.

He was provided treatment as per the recommended Covid protocols, a bulletin from the hospital had stated earlier.
