The viral fake news:

There has been a message recently circulated among social media users especially Whatsapp, which asks recipient's name and Jio number and promises Rs.399 recharge for free. As per the message, the free recharge is to celebrate the victory of Mumbai Indians in IPL 2019. The message clearly states the offer will be available for 20000 jio users only.

Truth turns out:

There is no free recharge offer available for Jio users instead the link shared in social media takes user to scammers. It seems to be a phishing link and the domain ends .xyz normally related to adult content sites.
