Politico wasn’t thrashed for raising pro-Pak slogans

A clip of a mob thrashing a man being escorted by a policeman has gone viral. 

As per social media, the man in custody is a politico ‘Umesh Singh’ and he was chanting pro-Pak slogans to discredit the farmers’ protest. 

Alt News found the man involved in the incident is Arun Kumar, from Delhi. Kumar was arrested in Ghaziabad.

Neither pro-Pak slogans were chanted nor the man arrested is linked with a political party.
