Thousands of farmers from the North marched towards Delhi from November 28. A message showing two images of an elderly woman also went viral in this backdrop. One of them is of Bilkis Bano, also

known as ‘Shaheen Bagh Dadi’. Some posts added that Bano is available for hire for such protests. Alt News found the claim was baseless and that Bano was not involved in the ongoing farmers’ protest, after it ascertained the identity of the woman in the second image.
