Kumari Anathan, who served as Tamil Nadu Congress committee's president earlier, is now campaigning for the upcoming polls.

Recently on one such election campaign for the alliance partner DMK's candidate in Arani, he fell sick, reports said.

He was later admitted in Rajiv Gandhi Government Hospital and it was said that Kumari Ananthan will resume his campaign after the treatment.
