COIMBATORE: The Salem police on Sunday granted permission for Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) leader Vijay's campaign meeting in Salem on February 13.
The actor turned politician has been allowed to address the gathering from 12 noon to 3 pm at Seelanaickenpalayam area.
Pregnant women, children and elderly persons would not be allowed to attend the meeting.
The police have also restricted the number of participants to 5000.
