Maheswaran new Managing Director of TWAD Board

In a major reshuffle of the bureaucrats since Edappadi K Palanisamy took over as Chief Minister, Chief Secretary Girija Vaidyanathan ordered transfer of as many as 32 IAS officers across the state, on Tuesday.

Mohan Pyare, Additional Chief Secretary/Commissioner of Indian Medicine & Homeopathy, is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Land Administration, vice K Rajaraam, who is on deputation to the Government of India (GoI). PWC Davidar, Chairman & Managing Director, TUFIDCO, is transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Transport Department vice Chandrakant B Khamble, who is transferred and posted as CMD, TUFIDCO vice Davidar. CN Maheswaran, Director of Social Security Schemes, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, TWAD Board, vice Dheeraj Kumar, who is transferred and posted Principal Secretary, Youth Welfare and Sports Development Department. Dr Rajendra Kumar, who was Principal Secretary, Youth Welfare and Sports Development Department, is transferred and posted as Chairman and Managing Director, Electronics Corporation of Tamil Nadu (ELCOT). 

V Chandrasekaran, Special Secretary, Agriculture Department, is transferred and posted as Executive Director, Watershed Development Authority, vice Dr R Anandakumar. K Nanthakumar, Perambalur Collector, is transferred and posted as State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, vice Pooja Kulkarni, who is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Finance Department. As many as 22 other IAS officials were transferred.
