Off-field partner extends deal with Chennaiyin

By signing a multiyear deal on Monday, Apollo Tyres renewed its association with Chennaiyin FC (CFC) as the two time Indian Super League (ISL) champion’s principal sponsor.

Apollo Tyres came on board as CFC’s principal sponsor ahead of the ISL 2017-18 season. Commenting on the extension of the association, Apollo Tyres Limited Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APMEA) president Satish Sharma said: “It has been a very fruitful association with Chennaiyin, wherein we have engaged and interacted with the club’s large fan base. The extension is mutually beneficial for both brands.” CFC co-owner Vita Dani, on her part, said: “Apollo Tyres has become an integral member of the Chennaiyin family over the last few years. It has been an enriching relationship. As a club, we aim to unearth more young stars and win trophies.”
