Kerala Minister Cheriyan announces resignation

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala Minister Saji Cheriyan on Wednesday announced his resignation amidst mounting criticism from various quarters, including the Opposition, over his controversial remarks against the Constitution recently.
