Chennai Corporation gets kids to join COVID battle

As a part of creating awareness on COVID-19 and to keep school children engaged during the ongoing lockdown, the city Corporation has announced a ‘creative prodigy contest’.

“We are announcing a drawing contest, where you draw picture or illustration, post it on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook handles, and tag Greater Chennai Corporation,” the Corporation tweeted.

The participants should add name, grade and name of their school. Themes are social distancing, staying indoor, wearing a mask and Chennai fights corona. The civic body will post the best artwork of each day on its social media handles. It is also conducting an online quiz by posting COVID-19 related questions.
