Animal activist files bestiality complaint with video evidence

A complaint has been lodged against an unidentified man with video evidence of him sexually abusing puppies in Madhavaram Milk Colony.

Nearly three weeks ago, a man in his 20s was seen abusing four puppies on Second Cross Street in MMDA Colony at Mathur. When the residents confronted the man, he fled the spot. However, he showed up again on Thursday, the police said.


While he escaped on seeing residents, they retrieved the CCTV footage and lodged a complaint at the police station, said Sai Vignesh, an animal activist.


However, the police are yet to register a case and have reportedly asked Sai Vignesh to identify the person and inform them.


When contacted, the inspector said that they can onlyfile an FIR after securingthe man and investigatinghim since the nature of the crime is not very clear.
