In his capacity as Non-Executive Director on the Board of SCL since July, 2015, Laddha has been associated with the Board members of SCL as well as the senior business leaders at the Shriram Group of companies. He is well-versed about the businesses and affairs of the Group. 

Laddha was also part of the core team at Piramal Group that was involved in the purchase of its strategic stake in Shriram Group Companies. Shriram Group Founder R Thyagarajan said, “This appointment marks a new era in our growth as well as deepens our partnership with our long term investors, including the Piramal Group.”
