The proposed Working Group received endorsement of Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami, during a farewell call by the Australian Consul-General, Sean Kelly, last week.

“The Group provides a mechanism through which we can identify opportunities for collaboration, expedite Australian projects in TN, and resolve difficulties being experienced,” Consul-General Kelly explained.  “We expect this Group to increase the tempo of commercial engagements.”

The Working Group will be co-chaired by the Principal Secretary, Industries Department, and the Australian Consul-General.
