Apollo Pipes Ltd expands footprint with K’taka plant

Apollo Pipes Ltd, a manufacturer of plumbing, agri and sanitary (CPVC and uPVC) products and part of Apollo Steel Pipes, inaugurated its CPVC and uPVC production plant on the outskirts of Bengaluru in Karnataka.

This unit will cater to the supply in the states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The company further plans to expand to these southern states to strengthen its footprint in the region.


The company is a market leader in the northern and western regions with potent production and distribution facilities. It is now expanding its production and distribution facilities to South India under the guidance of MD Sameer Gupta.


He said, “We are looking forward to achieving the internal production target of 1,25,000 metric tonnes by 2021.


We are embracing green technologies to conserve our environment with solar energy in our manufacturing units spread across different parts of India.” The company’s annual capacity is 60,000 MT and it is expected to double in next 3 years.
