Are menstrual cups better than sanitary napkins?

Menstrual cups are increasingly becoming popular. It does certainly have advantages over the traditional pad and sometimes is preferable to a tampon as well. It is easy to use, hygienic, gives women the freedom to pursue their daily activities without the fear of staining their clothes. Tampons carry a risk of infection and can be associated with problems if forgotten inside the vagina. Disposable and reusable cups are available in different sizes to suit individuals and also the quantity of blood loss.

Once your body enters ketosis, you also begin to lose muscle, become extremely fatigued and eventually enter starvation mode. Then it actually becomes harder to lose weight. Keto diet should only be used under clinical supervision and only for brief periods. It can do more harm than good. It can damage the heart, which is also a muscle.
