Vijay TV files complaint against Bigg Boss Madhumitha

The third season of Bigg Boss game show turned ugly last week with the forced eviction of one of the contestants Madhumitha, as she had inflicted self harm by cutting her wrist, and the actress left the show last Saturday. She had reportedly spoken on the Cauvery water issue which lead to the other housemates ganging against her.

The show had a voiceover announcing that Madhumitha had harmed herself to prove a point, and as it was against the rules of the show, she was eliminated. Today, Vijay TV's legal department manager Prasad has filed a case against Madhumitha in Guindy police station, where it was stated that Madhumitha was already paid 11,50,000 as per agreement, and it was discussed with her that the payment for 42 days will be settled soon.

However two days back, Madhumitha has reportedly contacted Bigg Boss organizer Tina and sent a voice message on Whatsapp, threatening that if the channel does not settle dues in two days, she will commit suicide. Following this complaint, Madhumitha has reportedly said that she is not aware of this police complaint and that she is abiding by the show rules.
