First look of Nayan’s Mookuthi Amman unveiled

Post the release of Kolayuthir Kaalam, which failed to do well at the box office, Nayanthara announced that she will be part of RJ Balaji’s debut directorial venture Mookuthi Amman. On Saturday, the makers of the film revealed the first look poster featuring Nayanthara in a goddess look.

The poster went on to become a huge hit among her fans and movie buffs. The film has been touted to be a satirical comedy and the shoot is almost complete. The project is bankrolled by Isari Ganesh under his banner Vels Film International, with whom RJ Balaji had earlier collaborated for a political sattire titled LKG. Meanwhile, Nayanthara has been shooting for director Milind Rau’s Netrikann, which is produced by her boyfriend Vignesh Shivan’s Rowdy Pictures. She is also working in Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming film, Annaatthe. directed by Siruthai Siva.
