After the formalities, Vijay returned to the film’s shooting spot at Neyveli Lignite Corporation, where he was welcomed by thousands of fans.

On February 8, later in the evening, the actor too got quite emotional looking at his fans and waved at them for a long time. Well, It didn’t end there. The actor, climbed to the top of a bus and clicked a selfie with his fans to cherish the moment. Vijay, who usually uses his social media account only to promote his films, posted this picture that trended nationwide. The video of his sweet gesture made its way to the internet and went on to become a huge hit on social media.

Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of Kaithi fame, Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah are also a part of the project. The audio launch of the film is likely to happen in the second week of March and the makers are planning to release the film in April.
