Dheena signs Lokesh Kanagaraj’s film with Vijay

Recently, we reported that Arjun Das, who played the villain in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s previous film Kaithi has been roped in to play an important role in the latter’s upcoming film with Vijay.

Speculations were also rife that he has replaced Antony Varghese, who was initially finalised for the film.  The latest update is that, popular TV star and comedian Dheena, who was also part of Kaithi, will be seen playing a pivotal role in Thalapathy 64. Sources say that the actor will be travelling with Vijay throughout the film and his role will add a lot of value to the script. He is currently shooting with the entire cast and crew at a prison in Karnataka. Vijay Sethupathi will be seen locking horns with Thalapathy Vijay. The film also features actors like Shanthnu, Malavika Mohanan and Andrea.
