Left-arm spinner S Ajith Ram’s (5/43) five-wicket haul went in vain as Tamil Nadu lost to Goa by nine runs via the VJD method in a Men’s Under-25 State ‘A’ Trophy pre-quarterfinal match at the Alur Cricket Stadium III in Bengaluru on Friday.
