    I have severe itching sensation after eating peanuts and shell fish. How do I confirm if I am allergic? Are there any specific tests for to detect such allergies?

    We can never know the scale of the allergy until we do a test injecting several allergens in the forearm – many don’t come forward for such a test. The other method known as Radioimmunoassay – a sensitive method for measuring very small amounts of a substance in the blood – but it doesn’t find many takers among experts.
