    Stress caused by hectic schedules is a major cause of premature greying, along with the excessive intake of alcohol and junk food. However, while it cannot be reversed, it can be treated using various herbal products. From applying amla powder – mixed with hair oil to massaging your scalp with the remnants of black tea, various solutions are there. Curry leaves boiled with coconut oil can be applied to the hair and massaged as well. Besides, a mixture of hair oil and lemon also seems to work on many.

    Any one who is going through depression will constantly be displaying signs of anxiousness, irritability, guilt, worthlessness and helplessness. He or she will find it very difficult to concentrate. He or she will either have difficulty sleeping, waking up or will keep oversleeping. Appetite and weight changes will be very evident. He or she may think and talk about attempting suicide. If any of these symptoms are identified in an individual, ensure that he or she is taken to a psychiatrist.
