One of Bollywood’s most sought after fitness trainers Shivoham, is all praises for Fernandez because she is just like sponge in absorbing what’s taught to her — she comes prepared and is willing to do anything to stay fit, is what he had to say.
According to him and Jacqueline, sticking to the same routine or one that your body doesn’t agree with can lead to more harm than good, so here’s what they suggest:
Since Jacqueline is an ardent fan or Madhuri Dixit, dancing is also one of her favourite ways to stay fit. But as much attention she pays to working out, she pays to her food intake as well.
Her kitchen is equipped with spinach, broccoli and asparagus, a good dose of fruits, eggs and fish, idli, quinoa, rice noodles and brown rice.
Coconut oil is something else she swears by, whether it’s to nourish her hair, skin or even to add a twist to her coffee! That’s right, her wake-up drink is an espresso shot blended with a little ghee and a spoon of coconut-based MCT oil.
