It is important to watch what you want to eat: Kriti Sanon
Considered as one of the fittest actors in the industry, Kriti Sanon believes in being comfortable in one’s skin and body. Being fit to her means being healthy and happy.

“I think everybody’s unique. We can’t all look the same. It’s important to be healthy and fit, but at the same time, it’s also important to be comfortable with who you are and love your body. There are people who have different bone structures, different skin tones — I don’t think these differences make you less attractive or more beautiful. Being attractive comes from inside,” she says.
Instead of trying to lose weight, Kriti always tried to put on muscle.
“I, personally, believe that putting on muscle is more difficult than losing fat. I don’t remember the last time I did cardio because that doesn’t work for me. Also, because I’m tall, I tend to look thinner than I actually am. I have to focus on my legs and make sure I’m doing my leg workouts religiously,” the actor says.
Katrina Kaif is Kriti’s biggest fitness inspiration and she keeps watching Kat’s workout videos. The Raabta actress admits that she is lazy and needs a trainer to drag her to the gym. “I am someone who tends to get bored of one kind of workout regime, so I do a mix of gym workout, dancing, and Pilates.
Dancing is a great form of workout because you use your whole body; it’s not monotonous at all.
I’ve learnt kathak, but I’m not much into classical dancing. I like mixing forms — sometimes jazz, sometimes Bollywood and contemporary,” Kriti reveals. Talking about her diet diary, Kriti says that it is important to watch what you eat and the gap between your meals.
“My diet is pretty normal. I prefer having boiled rice with chicken curry or dal with a lot of veggies. In between the shoots, I love having oats chia pudding with berries or some nuts.”
