The model turned actress has these two magic mantras to keep her going in the harshest of schedules workout and water. She was quoted saying that eating healthy, drinking lots of water and regularly hitting the gym are the simplest of ways to attain a perfect body.
On the workout front, the actress who is conscious about her body makes sure that she hits the gym almost four times a week. The gym sessions are a mix of cardio exercises and light weight lifting.
Also, the young actress combines yoga and equipment based training, which she proudly flaunts in her Instagram page.
Just like the workout schedule, Disha gives an undivided attention to her diet plan as well. She follows a chart that is healthy enough and is added with the food items rich in proteins and vitamins.
The day begins with the day with a protein rich morning meal of 2-3 eggs with the toast and glass of milk.
Sometimes she replaces it with cereals and a glass of juice.
For a light lunch, a bowl of fruit salad with the glass of juice and proteins rich foods. Her mid-day snack consists of vitamin rich nuts like almonds or peanuts in the mid day snack time.
For dinner, her meal consists of light dishes such as bowl of soup and boiled lentils or brown rice and dal.
