Fitness Mantra: Here’s how Naga Chaitanya stays fit despite being a foodie
Naga Chaitanya or Chay, as he is often referred to, makes our heart flutter every time he comes on screen. Films apart, his better half Samantha keeps treating fans to regular updates (which are a sight for sore eyes) on the actor.

There are two things that dominate the posts we often get to see about Chay - food and fitness. While the actor follows a disciplined workout routine, he never compromises on his food cravings either. He says he trains hard not because his profession demands it, but because he loves being fit and active. He trains at least five times in a week, and also feels guilty if he has to skip any of his gym sessions.
His routine involves a holistic approach including equal amounts of weights and cardio. He also does a bit of swimming when he’s outdoors. He enjoys his cheat day on Sunday. But Chay knows how to take the idea of a cheat day on his stride. He says that if you are full through the weekend, you’d be so guilty that you would work out through the week without the thought of cheating again. Isn’t that a cool philosophy now?
