The personal trainers of Mahesh, Kris Gethin and Kumar Mannva, talked about the fitness and the diet routine of the actor in a recent interview. It is believed that Mahesh follows a balanced diet, which includes carbs, proteins and fats that help him maintain a healthy and fit body.
He has five to six meals every day, two of which are supplement shakes. Namrata Shirodhkar, actor and Mahesh’s wife, also takes a personal interest in his diet. Mahesh is very strict about his diet and never misses his meals despite being constantly on the move.
According to Satish Pariyada, Mahesh’s exercise routine includes a mix of tempo training, plyometric moves and some functional activities as well. A self-confessed fitness freak, he doesn’t just focus on building six pack abs. His workout routine is more about all-round fitness. The duration mostly goes up to an hour and a half every day.
