    Apart from investing two hours every day for cardio and weight training exercises, she also engages in yoga and meditation. She also follows a strict diet plan. However, she is not a fan of the “starvation diet.” 

    Instead, is a huge fan of home cooked meals and eats smart by avoiding oily and cheesy foods. The actress starts her day with a glass of milk and an apple and follows it up with seven more meals, comprising of roti, daal, dalia, salad, yoghurt and fruit juice, through the day.
