Visuals of students with injuries had gone viral. Amongst these are two pictures that show a student bleeding from her forehead and another that shows the same student tending to a casualty, but without the injury on her head. These photos were shared to insinuate that the students “faked” their injuries. Alt News found that the student had sustained the injuries after one of the first images had been shot. The pictures were not doctored.
