Did Sundar Pichai voice out a controversial opinion on Indian Politics?

A post concerning Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Google and Alphabet, is going viral. The post contains his picture and a statement about Indian Politics alleged to be his personal opinion.

The post which quotes Pichai, says that he is not interested in politics but concerned about the increasing unemployment rate in India and that focus should be on the development of the country and not on the food habits of the people. It further says that India is in ‘Rational hands’.

On investigating, it was found that this post also went viral two years back in 2017 when the Beef issue was making the headlines. Thus, proving that Sundar Pichai has nothing to do with this statement.
