Passengers on city buses, especially women, need not be at the mercy of the crew to report safety threats on board. With the State government launching the artificial intelligence-enabled panic button cum CCTV surveillance facility on city buses, they would be able to report threats and get the law enforcement agencies with just a push of a button.
