DMK chief MK Stalin alleged that the ruling AIADMK government is egotistic to give DMK the credits for postponement of school-reopening as a preemptive measure against coronavirus and the consultative meeting is only an eyewash to make that decision.

Stalin in his facebook page hit out against his rival party.

He put up some questions to the AIADMK that would justify his claims.

Stalin asked was the government not aware of Andhra teachers and students infected by covid after reopening and asked why didn't they hold a consultative meeting then.

DMK was critical about the government's decision to reopen schools on November 16 for class 9 to 12 when the contagion hasn't yet subsided well in the state.

Stalin accused the government of doing things upside down pointing at their announcement of consultative meeting after fixing the reopening date, saying it should have been the other way round.

Consultative meeting regarding school-reopening is to be held on November 9 at 10 AM, it has been planned to hear out suggestions and concerns from students, parents and teaching staffs.
