COVID19: TN records 5,891 recovered cases

Tamil Nadu on Wednesday recorded 5,990 new COVID cases, according to the report by the department of health and family welfare of the state of Tamil Nadu.

The total cases has increased to 4,39,959.

The death toll of the day in TN was 98.

The number of recovered cases discharged today was 5,891 making the total recovery toll 3,80,063.  

As per the report, 1,025 fresh cases have been recorded in Chennai. The other districts registered 4,965 new cases.
