Chennai
A division bench comprising Justices Vineet Kothari and Pushpa Sathyanarayana, before whom the plea moved by United Labour Federation came up, adjourned the case to May 18 after Additional Advocate General SR Rajagopal sought for more time to produce the relevant report of the State with regard to the grievances raised about the proper testing and protocols being put in place for entry of the persons or goods, vehicles, etc. within the State or exiting from the State with the available modes of transport.
The bench directed the AAG to place the report on that day with advance copy served on either side, including the petitioner’s counsel.
