Stalin can also worship the Lord at Kanchi, says Tamilisai

Tamilisai went to Kancheepuram to worship Athi Varadhar for the second time as earlier she worshiped the Lord when He was in the reclining position (Sayana Kolam) and on Sunday came to worship Athi Varadhar who is now in the standing position.

After the worship, when Tamilisai was asked whether she will invite Stalin to visit Athi Varadhar she said, “Though our ideologies vary, I want Stalin to visit Athi Varadhar and offer worship. If Stalin choses to come, we will welcome him.”

She also said that earlier DMK party cadre and family members of Stalin will visit Temples, but they will not come out in public. Now all the party workers and family members are openly announcing their visit to the temples.

“No one in DMK is an atheist. Not even Stalin. He has all the beliefs and so he is sending his wife to fulfil his wishes. I am not criticising but welcoming it,” said Tamilisai.

She further said that time will come for Stalin to worship Athi Varadhar. “All the party cadres have changed and Stalin is the only one who is holding on to it (the principles of atheism) tight. As Stalin claims that his way is the way of party workers, he should come to worship Athi Varadhar soon,” added Tamilisai.
