In a statement here, MNM State President MA S Subramanian said that already the development of Puducherry was affected because of the power struggle between the Lt. Governor Kiran Bedi and the Chief Minister.
Now the differences between Narayanasamy and Ministers would further worsen the development of UT, he said, adding that the officials, who are now functioning in two different groups will hereafter function in three groups.
Subramanian was referring to the difference of opinion between Narayanasamy and the number two in his Cabinet A Namasivayam, who is also the PCC President.
He also said that the Chief Minister and Ministers should remember that they are liable to give an answer to the people of this Puducherry. Hence, they should drop the differences by considering the welfare of the union territory.
Those who could not do this should resign from the Cabinet, he said.
